Built specifically to work with the Hydra-Cell pumps that so many car washes rely upon, Hydra-Cell regulators maintain set system pressure even when only one of several guns or nozzles is performing, by-passing the unused flow. They also balance system pressure for multiple-gun operations.

These pressure regulators are designed for simple operation. When excess pressure overcomes the adjustable spring pressure on the plunger, the plunger lifts off the seat. This allows fluid to bypass and reduce system pressure. When a Hydra-Cell Valve is mounted in the discharge line, the modified flow-through design reduces wear on the plunger and seat. This means that the system is protected from over-pressure and from pressure spiking, protecting your costly components. Put a regulator in line with your car wash pumps to make sure you don’t have any pressure issues that can wreck seals and bring your wash to a halt!
