Vacuum Motor Brushes

Vac Motor Brushes conduct electric between the wires from the vacuum motor rotating shaft for the electric vacuum to operate . The coils of the rotor must be connected to complete a circuit. Some brushes are made from graphite that provides high resistance some companies are again trying to improve the process by adding some metal in the brush material. All vac motor brushes wear down over time with use, and need to be replaced for the vacuum motor to operate properly. You must try to inspect and change the out the vacuum brush before they wear down and cause damage to motor.
