This Arimitsu plunger pump has a balanced flow crankcase and a forged brass manifold that provides quiet, smooth operation. The 509 model from the 5 series is an ideal triplex plunger pump option for car wash applications where efficiency, durability, corrosion resistance and long lifespan are crucial. This pump has a 22mm shaft and handles a maximum pressure of 1200 PSI. This is the right shaft version of the 508 model (508R), but a left shaft version (508L) is available.

Arimitsu's 508R is a triplex plunger pump with a right-handed shaft. It's commonly used with dual gun applications in bays and prep stations at car washes. It boasts a forged brass manifold machined to deliver smooth fluid flow and resist corrosion. Additionally, it has valve assemblies constructed with stainless steel to handle high temperatures and harsher chemicals. Ceramic plungers feature a proprietary blend of materials to provide increased thermal shock resistance and longer life. It handles a maximum pressure of 1200 PSI, flow rate of 8 GPM, and speed of 950 RPM.
