The new PD01 series 1/4" pump is a replacement for the current PD02 series diaphragm pump from Ingersoll Rand. A double diaphragm positive displacement pump that uses two sets of flexible membranes to pump fluids and a series of check valves. This ensure fluid can only travel in one direction through the chamber. Pump cycling begins as air pressure is applied.

Santoprene Dosing & Transfer Pump
The new 1/4" pump comes with a solenoid-actuated valve option to electronically control the volume of fluid dispensed which allows the pump to operate with accuracy. Operators can use an external controller to program the solenoid pump to establish when to actuate the pump, and to automatically shut off once the pump reaches the required volume. This feature offers repeatability and consistency with less than 3 percent variance.Specifications:
