Product Description

Car Wash Wobbly Foam Brush Handle

The original Wobblehead was first introduced in 2011 to help ensure that your car wash customers pay and use your foam brush system properly. The improved Wobblehead design has a 1" durable plastic handle with thick solid walls that will not corrode. It also features a black vinyl grip covering, improved piston head, and push rod.

What is a Wobblehead? It is a foam-actuated foam brush handle. The foam brush will be useless until the customer inserts payment and activates the foam brush. When foam begins flowing through the handle, the handle becomes rigid and useful for the paying customer. This helps eliminate unpaid wasted time in the bay and increases the life of the foam brush.

We have all heard, or told, stories of car wash owners having to tell customers "it works better if you put money in the meter" or tell them not to bring their own buckets. Yet, they continue to bring them. Most customers are surprised by the brush head bending out of position. Then they drop some quarters and proceed with their wash process. The Wobblehead has become the silent attendant that politely says "pay for me, please!"

Simply take off your current handle and replace it with the Wobblehead. You need nothing else to make it work. The foam flowing through the handle does all the work. The Wobblehead works with all liquid/air foam brush equipment. It also works with methanol and weep systems too.

Convert old model to new Wobblehead:
  • Disassemble the old model, and retain the flexible boot and stainless steel piston. Reassemble with the large end of the spring inserted at the top of the piston head and the narrow part of the spring at the brush end. Use PVC glue on the brass fitting and thread them together. Allow 15 minutes for glue to dry and install back in the bay. Each conversion should take less than 15 minutes.

Features of the new and improved model:

  • Flexible boot (Wobble Zone)
  • Stainless steel piston head, pushrod, and spring
  • Corrosion resistant
  • All materials compatible with water conditions and soap formulas
  • Black vinyl grip
  • Brass fittings for hose and brush ends
