The Rupes 9.DA150H is a cutting pad made with coarse foam and is intended for use with random orbital and gear-driven tools. Its blue foam has an open-cell design that removes mild to severe from most paint surfaces while effectively managing heat. This pad combines the best traits of older blue and green foam pads with the result being a pad that offers more durability.
