Frequently Asked Questions

Question:There are 4 wash bays I'd like this machine to monitor, How many water lines will it monitor and allow water to flow? - Aeon (08/21/2023)
Response:Hello, this system should easily handle your 4 bays. The sensors for the system signal the solenoid to flow when low temp trigger temp is detected. This applies to all the lines on the solenoid, so all of your weep guns will trickle.
Question:My weep mizer is running all the time even though it is not to cold - Dixie (01/07/2023)
Response:This is most likely being caused by a faulty solenoid valve or temperature sensor.
Question:Does it include one sensor? - Mark (12/20/2020)
Response:Yes, when purchasing the TI0100 Dixmor weepmizer the unit comes equipped with one sensor.
Question:what electric water valve to use behind weep mizer? - Tommy (12/08/2020)
Response:Any Normally Open solenoid valve. The voltage of the valve would be the same as the voltage you supply to the green plug on the weep mizer.
Question:Is it already programmed - ELAINE (11/29/2020)
Response:Yes, it is programmed from the manufacturer.
Question:Can you send your unit in to be checked Out and or serviced? If so, where do you send it? - Les (10/19/2020)
Response:All service work is handled directly through the manufacturer Dixmor Enterprises. We suggest that you call them prior to sending anything in for evaluation @ 888-234-9667. Dixmor Enterprises 5755 S Gallup St. Littleton, CO 80120
Question:Reminder reading 112° put a new sensor checked solenoid still reading 112 what’s up - George (09/28/2020)
Response:Below is a link to help troubleshoot your Weep Mizer. If reading 112, most likely there is a short in the sensor. http://dixmor.com/TIMER%20PDF/WEEP_TROUBLESHOOTING.pdf
