47 Series Pressure Washing Pump - Right Shaft
This TSS Series 47 triplex plunger pump is the preferred pump frame in the pressure cleaning industry. It features a forged brass manifold with fine thread valve caps. It has a large capacity, die-cast, anodized aluminum, oil-bath crankcase. With its over-sized connecting rods, you can be sure you'll get the maximum life out of the pressure washer pump.
The General Pump TSS1511 features a heavy-duty tapered roller bearing and solid ceramic plungers. The plungers have continuously lubricated packings. This pressure washer pump also has unitized stainless steel inlet and discharge valves. The shaft is located on the right hand side.

Hello! My pressure washer: NorthStar 13 horsepower Honda Gx390 with a General Pump TS1511 - T Series 47 (part#100214)-- Is the TSS1511 pump the replacement for theTS1511? Above pump Technical Specs list 9.6 horsepower! Is this maximum or minimum H/P? The product description states (RIGHT SHAFT)! Is this determined by looking at pressure washer from the front of machine (i.e.- Left to right: Motor-Pump-Pulley)? I've owned this machine for approx. 15 years! I don't know "Bore - Inlet Port - Stroke - RPM - Shaft Diameter". If this is the replacement pump for my pump -TS1511 T-Series 47, what is shipping cost? I tried to cover all relevant info & questions? I'm open to your expertise advice!!!

Response:Hi John,
On the TSS1511 pump question. Yes, the TSS1511 is a direct newer replacement and the only difference is that the TSS1511 has fine threads on the valve caps which is better.
The 9.6 EBHP is Electric Motor HP required to do the 3500 PSI at 4 GPM which equals the 13 HP Honda you have on North Star. Electric Motor HP X at least 1.3 is Gas HP requirements.
A right hand shaft is determined by facing the brass manifold water end of pump and pump shaft is to right.
The pump Spec Sheet is identical with exception of parts valve cap is different.
Freight will be determined from warehouse shipping and your location.

I have a couple more questions. Does this pump require a down loader? & Is the pressure adjustable? I believe I read somewhere that the pressure was not adjustable on this pump! One more question; The down loader is the way to adjust the pressure???

Response:Mr. Lyke, You're welcome! I spent 30 years in sales and repair of pressure wash equipment, so its my pleasure to help.
First off I call it an unloader not a down loader, and YES TSS1511 does require an unloader. Second an unloader makes the pump adjustable in pressure. Just an extra note: All plunger pumps are PD (Positive Displacement) meaning every revolution of this pump delivers an exact amount of water. As an example the TSS1511 will deliver 4 GPM at 1450 RPM, SO at 725 RPM it will deliver 2 GPM. Also the size of your nozzle orifice is very important when adjusting pressure and wanting certain water flows.
